Can someone post the first saturday Average Cup practice speeds?

Also I have not gotten a chance to watch the second practice but why are the average speeds between 11 and 35 mph?

Additionally does anyone know where you can get a best 5 or 10 lap average for practices?

Go to jayski.com. Click on the right on Michigan, then practice. They have all the info you need.

Jimmy Johnson clearly had the fastest car, but im going with Denny Hamlin at 12/1.
